摘要：糖尿病并发心血管疾病是2型糖尿病患者最主要的致死原因,降低其发病风险已成为近年来该领域研究的热点。本文总结了传统口服降糖药、新型口服降糖药、单味及复方中药、中西医结合对糖尿病并发心血管疾病的治疗作用及其相关作用机制,从西药和中药角度全面进行总结,为糖尿病并发心血管疾病的治疗及未来新药研发及用药提供依据及思路。
Diabetes mellitus complicated by cardiovascular disease is the most important cause of death in patients with type 2 diabetes,and reduces the risk of diabetes mellitus which has become a hot topic in this field in recent years.Therefore,this article summarizes the therapeutic effects of traditional oral hypoglycemic drugs,new oral hypoglycemic drugs,single flavor and compound Chinese medicine,and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on the treatment of diabetes complicated by cardiovascular diseases and their related mechanisms,and comprehensively summarizes them from Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide a basis and ideas for the treatment of diabetes complicated by cardiovascular diseases and the future development and use of new drugs.
