摘要：目的:了解某西部地区中医类院校医学生批判性思维能力现状及其影响因素。方法:采用整群随机抽样的方法,使用CTDI-CV量表对1168名医学生进行调查。结果:医学生批判性思维能力总分为(284.39±34.75)分,整体呈正性特质,尤其在开放思想、分析能力、求知欲及认知成熟度维度表现突出。多元线性回归分析显示,女性、学习过循证医学、课外阅读时间长、了解批判性思维的医学生,其批判性思维能力更强。结论:医学生批判性思维能力整体处于正性水平,但在寻找真相、系统化能力及批判性思维自信心3个维度表现较弱,建议通过开设循证医学课程、鼓励课外阅读等方式,针对性提升批判性思维能力。
Objectives:To understand the current situation of critical thinking ability among medical students at a traditional Chinese medicine institution in western China and to identify its influencing factors.Methods:Using cluster random sampling,1168 medical students were surveyed with the Chinese Version of the Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory(CTDI-CV).Results:The average total CTDI-CV score was 284.39±34.75,and the critical thinking was positive with particularly high scores in the dimensions of open-mindedness,analyticity,inquisitiveness,and cognitive maturity.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that female sex,prior coursework in evidence-based medicine,longer time spent on extracurricular reading,and an understanding of critical thinking were significantly associated with higher critical thinking disposition.Conclusion:Medical students demonstrate a positive critical thinking disposition,but targeted interventions are needed to strengthen truth-seeking,systematic thinking,and confidence.It should be improved by learning evidence-based medicine and increasing extracurricular reading time.
