摘要：目的探讨生肌玉红膏对金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌的体外抑菌作用。方法 96只大鼠随机分为3组(A组、B组、C组),均制成深II度烧伤感染动物模型,A组均给予生肌玉红膏换药;B组给予美宝湿润烧伤膏换药;C组给予凡士林换药;分别在换药后第3天、7天、14天、21天描记创面大小并比较各组大鼠的创面愈合率;再将菌悬液接种到培养基后分别评定3种药膏的抑菌作用。结果 3组大鼠创面愈合率在第7天、14天、21天对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),均为A组创面愈合率最高,B组次之,C组最低。A、B、C组药膏对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌环直径均为0 mm;3组药膏对铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌环直径分别为(3.1±0.3)mm、(0.5±0.1)mm和0mm,组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生肌玉红膏对烧伤大鼠创面愈合有良好的促进作用,并且具有一定的体外抑菌效应。
Objective To explore the antibacterial effect of ointment of Shengjiyuhong to staphylococcus aureus and pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro.Methods 96 rats were randomly divided into three groups （A, B, C group） and made deep II-degree burn infectious rats’ model. A group was given ointment of Sh Shengjiyuhong, B group was given MEBO and the C group for vaseline. The wound area was recorded in 3 d, 7 d, 14 d and 21 d after dressing change and wound healing rate was compared. After vaccinated with bacterium suspension evaluated the effects of 3 ointments. ResultsThe wound healing rate in 7 d, 14 d and 21 d between the 3 groups had statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）. The wound healing rate in A group was the highest and C group was the lowest. In A group, B group and C group, the diameter of bacteria inhibiting loop was 0 mm for staphylococcus aureus. In A group, B group and C group, the diameter of bacteria inhibiting loop was （3.1±0.3） mm, （0.5±0.1） mm and 0 mm respectively for pseudomonas aeruginosa. The differences of the 3 groups were signiifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ointment of Shengjiyuhong had good facilitation for wound healing of burnt rats. And it also had certain antibacterial effect.
