摘要:比色法是目前常用的一种检测物质浓度的方法.由于每个人对颜色的敏感差异和观测误差,使得这一方法在精度上受到很大影响.随着照相技术和颜色分辨率的提高,如何建立颜色读数和物质浓度的数量关系被越来越关注.依据几种物质在不同浓度下的颜色读数、对大量数据进行分析的基础上,通过寻求颜色读数和物质浓度之间的关系,从而得出颜色读数和物质浓度的数量关系.
The colorimetric method is a commonly used method for detecting the concentration of substances. Due to the differences in the sensitivity of each person to the color and the observation error, the accuracy of this method is greatly affected. With the improvement of photographic technology and color resolution, more and more attention has been paid to how to establish the quantitative relationship between color reading and material concentration. Based on the color readings of several substances at different concentrations and the analysis of a large number of data, the relationship between the color readings and the substance concentration is explored to obtain the quantitative relationship between the color readings and the substance concentration.
