摘要:蛋白饲料的严重短缺是全球性问题,新型蛋白饲料资源开发势在必行.开发以中药渣为原料的天然、环保、绿色饲料资源迫在眉睫.本文以大量学术文献为依据,优选甘肃省地道药材红芪药渣进行固态发酵生产蛋白饲料,研究证实,中药渣蛋白饲料保健功效好,能增强动物机体免疫力、促进生长发育和新陈代谢、改善肉质、提高禽类产蛋率和减少饲料消耗等功效.红芪药渣排放量较大,营养和药用价值较高,将其资源化利用,固态发酵制备蛋白饲料等,既节约又环保,更有经济效益,有利于本地畜牧、养殖业的发展.
The shortage of protein feed is a serious world problem. The development of new protein feed resources is urgent,and the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine residues is imperative.Gansu Province’s authentic medicinal materials,radix hedysari both medicine and food,are rich in pharmacological active ingredients and widely used in clinical applications,especially in The antitumor and up-regulation of the body’s immune function are unique.The quality of the radix hedysari and its compound preparations is stable,the curative effect is remarkable,and its uses are continuously expanded. Solid-state fermentation technology is becoming more and more mature,and the preparation of protein feed by solid-state fermentation of traditional Chinese medicine residue is widely used and has good effects. The radix hedysari residue has a large discharge,high nutritional and medicinal value,and its resource utilization,solid-state fermentation to prepare protein feed,etc.,which saves and protects the environment,and has more economic benefits,which is conducive to the development of local animal husbandry and aquaculture. Supported by a large number of academic literatures,our research group prefers the radix hedysari residue to carry out solid-state fermentation to produce protein feed,which has considerable economical feasibility and broad prospects for development and utilization.
