摘要：中西医妇产科学是中西医临床专业的主干课程之一,在中西医人才培养中具有重要位置。但是由于课程内容涉及中医、西医两种理论体系,要将二者有机结合,对于“教”和“学”都提出了很大挑战。而且由于妇产科专业的特殊性、临床实践的重要性,导致目前传统的教学方法无法实现理论联系实践。在“精准医疗”兴起的时代,个性化的疾病治疗和预防方案以其精准、廉价的特点,已经成为一种发展趋势,并且容易得到人们的认可和接受。顺应时代变化,在中西医妇产科学教学中,以精准医疗为基点,构建中西医融合思维理念,培养学生精准医疗的临床思维,势在必行。文章介绍中西医融合的精准医疗思维在中西医妇产科教学中的应用体会。
Obstetrics and gynecology of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is one of the main courses of clinical specialty of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,which has an important position in the training of traditional Chinese and Western medicine talents.However,as the course content involves two theoretical systems of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,how to organically combine the two theoretical systems poses great challenges for both“teaching”and“learning”.Moreover,due to the particularity of obstetrics and gynecology and the importance of clinical practice,the current traditional teaching methods cannot achieve a good combination of theory and practice.In the era of the rise of“precision medicine”,personalized disease treatment and prevention programs,its“precision”and“cheap”has become a development trend,and is easy to be recognized and accepted by people.In accordance with the changes of The Times,in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,it is necessary to construct the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine based on“precision medicine”,and cultivate students’clinical thinking of precision medicine.This paper introduced the application of precision medicine thinking based on the integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
