摘要：张仲景在《伤寒杂病论》中处处有"通"的思想的体现,认为"通"是保持人体健康无病的前提条件,不"通"是各类疾病的重要病机,通法也是其治疗疾病的有效手段。张仲景运用通法涉及人体的各个层面,从通脏腑、通经络、通支节等多个层次阐释其对通法的具体运用。从人体正常生理的保持、对疾病病机的认识、虫类搜剔、辛开苦降、通行阳气等组方用药法则系统研究张仲景"通"之思想,认为通过深入研究其"通"之思想具有重要的理论和临床意义。
The thought of Tong could be found in the book of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases written by ZHANG Zhongjing.He thought the Tong is not only one condition to maintain the health of the human body, while it is also an effective means to treat the diseases.Meanwhile,he thought that if human body could not keep Tong it would be illness.So it is necessary to study ZHANG Zhongjing Tong thought through different treatments which included viscera,meridians and collateral channels and so on.
