摘要:提出了亚甲蓝法测定微量硫化物新的显色过程 ,研究了用普通分光光度法和全差示分光光度法测定微量硫化物的条件。采用普通光度法 ,标准曲线为A =1.2 8ρ +0 .0 0 2 ,r =0 .9995 ,表观摩尔吸收系数为 4 .0 6× 10 4 L/(mol·cm) ,线性范围为 0~ 0 .9mg/L ;采用全差示分光光度法 ,标准曲线为A =7.0 ρ +0 .0 0 4 ,r =0 .9996 ,表观摩尔吸收系数为 2 .2× 10 5L/(mol·cm) ,线性范围为0~ 0 .14mg/L。与原亚甲蓝法相比 ,灵敏度显著提高 ,显色反应迅速完成。两种方法的检测限均为1.0ng/ml;测定 10 0ng/mlS2 - ,相对标准偏差为 1.9% (n =10 )。实验了各种干扰离子对硫化物测定的影响 ,提出了消除干扰离子的方法。利用该方法测定环境样品中微量硫化物 ,结果令人满意。
A new methylene blue process for the determination of sulfide is developed. This method has been adapted to a direct sulfide determination by both common spectrophotometric method and total differential spectrophotometric method. In common spectrophotometric method, the calibration curve is A=1.28ρ +0.002 with correlation coefficient( r ) being 0.999 5 ,the apparent molar absorptivity is 4.06×10 4L/(mol·cm) and calibration curve is liner when ρ is in the range 0~0.9mg/L .In total differential spectrophotometric method, the calibration curve is A=7.0ρ +0.004 with correlation coefficient( r ) being 0.999 6,the apparent molar absorptivity is 2.2×10 5L/(mol·cm) and the liner range is 0~0.14mg/L.The sensitivity in this paper is increased significantly compared with the former methylene blue method. The speed of reaction is also greater than the former one. The limit of detection is found to be 1.0ng/ml by both common spectrophotometric method and total differential spectrophotometric method. Ten replicate analysis of a sample solution containing 100ng/ml sulfide gave a relative standard deviation of 1.9%.The effects of various cations and anions on the determination of sulfide were studied and procedures for removal of interference is described. The method has been used for the determination of sulfide in environmental samples with satisfacltory results.
