摘要:在分析目前我校高职药学类专业生物化学教学现状的基础上,发现生物化学课程教学中存在几个主要问题:教学内容多,课时不足;教学方法陈旧,创新不够;实验教学薄弱,定位过时;考核方式单一,体系不完善等。针对存在的主要问题,基于药学类专业的人才培养目标及岗位需求,并结合学校实际,提出了相应的教学改革措施:增加课时,优化教学内容;改革传统教学方法,运用案例教学法、项目教学法、微课辅助教学、教材增值服务辅助教学、线上线下相结合的混合式教学模式等;通过精选实验项目、编写实验指导、改革实验教学方式等途径强化实验教学;完善现有考核体系,以期为高职药学类专业生物化学教学提供参考。
Based on the analysis of the teaching present condition of biochemistry of pharmacy specialty in higher vocational colleges,the problems existing in the teaching of biochemistry course were put forward,which were as follows:teaching content was substantial but teaching time was insufficient;teaching methods were dated and innovation was not enough;experimental teaching was weak and the orientation was out of date;the assessment method was single and the system was not perfect. In view of the main problems,based on the talent training objectives and job requirements of pharmaceutical majors,and combined with the actual school,the corresponding teaching reform measures were put forward,that was increasing the class hours,optimizing the teaching content,reforming the traditional teaching methods,using case teaching method,project-based learning,micro-class teaching,teaching materials multiplication service assisted teaching,online and offline combination of mixed teaching mode,strengthening experimental teaching by selecting experimental items,compiling experimental guidance,reforming experimental teaching methods upgrade the existing assessment system. It was expected to provide the reference for biochemistry teaching of pharmacy specialty in higher vocational colleges.
