摘要：目的调查木通、川木通的流通使用情况,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法采用文献综述、实地调查和电话访问相结合的形式进行调查。结果 1木通、川木通的市场流通情况混乱,且市场流通的药材以川木通为主。2木通、川木通的使用以川木通为主,木通使用很少。3《中华人民共和国药典》虽然将木通和川木通分开收录,但在使用过程中有川木通代替木通使用的现象。结论木通市场萎缩;临床以川木通代替木通使用现象普遍存在,二者功效存在差异,应加以区分,不可混用或代用。
Objective To investigate the circulation and use of Akebiae Caulis and Clematidis Armandii Caulis;To provide references for clinical safe medication.Methods Literature review,field survey and telephone interviewwere used to conduct the investigation.Results①The market currency of the Akebiae Caulis and ClematidisArmandii Caulis was very confused,and the mainly medicinal materials on the market were Clematidis ArmandiiCaulis.②The majority used medicinal materials were Clematidis Armandii Caulis,and Akebiae Caulis was rarelyused.③The Chinese Pharmacopoeia collected Akebiae Caulis and Clematidis Armandii Caulis separately,but therewas phenomenon of using Clematidis Armandii Caulis replacing of Akebiae Caulis.Conclusion Market of AkebiaeCaulis is shrinking;the phenomenon of using Clematidis Armandii Caulis to replace Akebiae Caulis widespread inclinic.There are differences in the efficacy of Akebiae Caulis and Clematidis Armandii Caulis,so they should bedistinguished and cannot be used to mix or substitute.
