摘要：目的:分析中老年骨量正常人群的中医体质类型,探讨POP(原发性骨质疏松症)的防治思路。方法:采取多阶段整群分层随机抽样方法抽取城关区年龄在50岁以上的社区人员2 500人进行调查,检测骨量正常的有770人,分别对其进行中医体质分类,分析中医体质类型分布特点。结果:总体上体质类型在性别分布中有差异(P<0.05),在各个体质类型中,平和质和湿热质差异有统计学意义,其余七种体质在骨量正常人群分布中无差异。结论:明确了骨量正常者的体质类型特点,即主要为平和质与湿热质,提高了应用体质辨识预防POP发生的针对性。
Objective：To analyze of constitution types of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）in the elderly of normal bone mass,and to explore the prevention and treatment of POP.Methods：Take a multi-stage stratified and random cluster sampling method to extract 2500 subjects of Chengguan community aged over 50.There were 770 subjects were normal bone mass,and the TCM constitution classification of those subject were analyzed.Results：In general,there were differences in the gender distribution（P〈0.05）,the gentleness and humid quality was statistically different in various types of physical,but the remaining seven constitution remain no statistically different.Conclusion：The characteristics of the physical type of the normal bone mass are defined,that is the gentleness and humid quality,so as to improve the pertinence of preventing the occurrence of POP.
