摘要：小儿厌食症是儿童消化系统常见疾病,发病率逐年升高,严重影响儿童的生长发育和身心健康。目前,小儿厌食症的发病机制尚不明确,研究发现肠道菌群与小儿厌食症的发生发展密切相关。近年来,微生态制剂通过调节肠道菌群,纠正肠道微生态失衡在治疗小儿厌食症中得到广泛应用,并取得了良好疗效。本文就国内外各种微生态制剂治疗小儿厌食症的机制研究作一综述,以期为微生态制剂治疗小儿厌食症的临床应用提供理论依据。
Infantile anorexia(IA)is a common disease of digestive system in children,and the incidence rate is increasing year by year,which greatly affects children's growth and development,as well as their physical and mental health.At present,the pathogenesis of IA still remains unclear,and studies have found that intestinal flora is closely related to the development of IA.In recent years,microecological agents have been widely used in the treatment of IA by adjusting the intestinal flora and correcting intestinal microecological imbalance,and have achieved good therapeutic effects.In this paper,the research on the mechanism of various microecological agents in the treatment of IA at home and abroad is reviewed to provide a scientific basis for the clinical application of microecological agents for the treatment of IA.
