摘要：目的:观察平胃胶囊对脾胃湿热型慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床疗效。方法:将90例脾胃湿热型CAG患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用平胃胶囊治疗,对照采用维酶素治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为95.56%,对照组有效率为75.56%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组、对照组自身前后临床证候积分比较,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后两组临床证候积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组胃黏膜萎缩疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:平胃胶囊治疗脾胃湿热型CAG具有较好的疗效。
Objective： To observe the curative effect of Pingwei Capsule on treating chronic atrophic gastritis due to Damp-heat Syndrome of Spleen and Stomach. Methods： The ninety patients of CAG were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group and control group. The patients of treatment group were treated by Pingwei Capsule and that of control group were treated by Weimeisu. Results： The total effective rate was 95. 56% in the treatment group,while 75. 56% in the control group,with statistical significance（P 0. 05）. Compare with before treatment,fairly statistical significance were obtained in the symptoms score of both groups（P 0. 01）; After treatment,the symptoms score of treatment group was obviously lower than that of control group（P 0. 05）. Statistical significance were obtained in the effect of gastric mucosa atrophy of both groups（P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Pingwei Capsule may have obviously effect on treating chronic atrophic gastritis due to Damp-heat Syndrome of Spleen and Stomach.
