摘要：急性胰腺炎(AP)是外科常见的急危重症之一,目前临床上治疗AP的方法主要涉及西医常规对症治疗和外科手术治疗。近年来,随着中医药的广泛应用,中医内、外治法在治疗AP方面发挥了积极作用,取得了显著效果。大量临床研究报道,中医药治疗AP,可改善临床症状体征,加快微循环,抑制炎症反应,减轻胰腺损伤,减少并发症,提高治疗总有效率。通过分析研究中医药对AP病因病机、辨证论治及临床(内、外治法)的治疗情况,进行综述如下。
Acute pancreatitis(AP) is one of the common acute and critical illnesses in surgery. The current clinical treatment of AP mainly involves conventional symptomatic treatment and surgical treatment in western medicine. In recent years, with methods of Chinese medicine have played an active role in the treatment of AP and achieved remarkable results. A large number of clinical studies have reported that the treatment of AP with traditional Chinese medicine can improve clinical symptoms and signs, accelerate microcirculation, inhibit inflammation, reduce pancreatic damage, reduce complications, and improve the total effective rate of treatment. This article analyzes and studies the etiology, pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation, and clinical(internal and external therapies) treatment of AP by using traditional Chinese medicine. The summary is as follows.
