摘要：随着社会人口老龄化,眩晕的发病率逐年上升,已经成为困扰老年人的常见疾病,严重影响患者的生活质量。随着基础医学的不断探索,医师对眩晕的认识逐步深入,眩晕是一个涉及多系统多学科的症状,临床工作中需要多科室协作完成诊治,中西医结合治疗老年人反复发作性眩晕虚证体现出独特的优势,不仅能有效地改善患者临床症状还能减少复发,旨在介绍邱勇玉教授从中西医结合角度认识老年人反复发作性眩晕虚证的病因病机和辨证论治经验以及对中西医结合医学的认识,并附医案和分析。
With the aging of the social population, the incidence of vertigo is increasing year by year, and has become a common disease that plagues the elderly, seriously affecting the quality of life of patients. With the continuous exploration of basic medicine, doctors have gradually deepened their understanding of vertigo. Vertigo is a symptom involving multiple systems and disciplines. In clinical work, multiple departments need to cooperate to complete the diagnosis and treatment. The treatment of recurrent vertigo(deficiency syndrome) in the elderly by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine shows unique advantages and can not only effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients but also reduce the recurrence. The purpose is to introduce Professor QIU Yongyu’s understanding of the etiology, pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment of recurrent vertigo(deficiency syndrome) in the elderly from the perspective of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine as well as his understanding of integrated traditional and western medicine with medical records and analysis attached.
