摘要：敦煌出土的张仲景《五脏论》计有5种写本,所记载的药对内容,是现存较早的药对文献。文章对不同写本中的药对内容进行了比较,选取其中保存最完善的P.2115卷子,对该卷子中12对药对从基本应用、临床发挥、现代临床应用的角度进行了详解,深刻阐述了所载药对协同互补、功效确切的学术及临床应用价值。
There were five manuscripts of Wuzang Lun, which were written by ZHANG Zhong-jing and unearthed in Dunhuang. It was a previously record of couplet medicines on the literature. Couplet medicines in different manuscripts were compared. Twelve couplet medicines were selected form P.2115 volume, which was preserved very well. They were explained in detail from the perspectives of the basic application, clinical development, and modern clinical application. Meanwhile, the academic and clinical application value of couplet medicines were elaborated.
