摘要:目的:探讨慢支咳喘宁胶囊对慢性支气管炎治疗作用的内在机制。方法:采用改良烟熏法复制大鼠慢性支气管炎模型,实验动物随机分为模型对照组、慢支咳喘宁胶囊低剂量组、慢支咳喘宁胶囊高剂量组、气管炎丸组及不加处理的空白对照组。造模各组以高、低剂量慢支咳喘宁胶囊、气管炎丸和生理盐水进行干预,测定各组大鼠血清及肺组织中白细胞介素-4(IL-4)的含量。结果:模型对照组大鼠血清、肺组织中IL-4含量均较空白对照组明显升高(P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,治疗各组血清、肺组织中IL-4含量均明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);慢支咳喘宁胶囊高剂量组血清及肺组织中IL-4含量与气管炎丸组相比,差异无显著性(P>0.05);而慢支咳喘宁胶囊高剂量组大鼠血清、肺组织中IL-4含量较慢支咳喘宁胶囊低剂量组明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:慢支咳喘宁胶囊可降低IL-4含量,控制慢性炎症反应。
Objective: To explore the internal mechanism of Manzhi Kechuanning Capsules (MC)for chronic bronchitis. Methods: Duplicated the animal model of chronic bronchitis with refined smoking-fumigated method, the rats were randomly divided into model group, low dose group, high dose group, Qiguanyan Pills group and normal control group that didn't treated. Made intervention with high and low dose Manzhi Kechuanning Capsules as well as Qiguanyan Pills( another medicine of the similar kind) and 0.9 % NS, determined the contents of IL-4 in serum and lung tissue. Results : The contents of IL-4 in serum and lung tissue of the model group were significantly improved than that of the normal group(P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with the model group, the contents of IL-4 in serum and lung tissue of each treating group were significantly reduced ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). The contents of IL4 in serum and lung tissue of the high dose group and Qignanyan Pills group had no statistical significance (P 〉 0.05 ), but compared with the low dose group, that of the high dose group was significantly reduced ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Manzhi Kechuanning Capsules can control chronic inflammatory reaction by reducing the content of IL-4.
