摘要：报告1例老年硬化性神经束膜瘤。患者女,71岁。左手掌心出现一孤立结节3年。皮肤科检查:左手掌心单发直径约0.7 cm大的半球状肤色结节,界限清楚,边缘规则,表面光滑,质中偏软。皮损组织病理检查:真皮内界限清楚的肿瘤细胞增生,以梭形细胞增生为主,局部形成编织状排列。免疫组化:葡萄糖转运蛋白(Glut)-1、上皮膜抗原(EMA)及紧密连接蛋白(Claudin)阳性。诊断:硬化性神经束膜瘤。
A case of senile sclerosing perineuroma is reported.A 71-year old female presented with an isolated nodule in the left palm for three years.Physical examination showed hemiglobular skin nodules with a diameter of about 0.7 cm in the left palm,clear boundaries,regular edges,smooth surface,moderate and soft texture.Histopathological examination showed proliferation of well-demarcated neoplastic cells in the dermis,mainly spindle cells,with local braided arrangement.Immunohistochemical staining showed that Glut-1,EMA and Claudin were positive.Diagnosis:sclerosing perineuroma.
