摘要:心血管疾病是全球范围内发病率和致死率最高的疾病,黄芪作为心血管疾病治疗中的常用药物,其药理机制研究备受关注。目前发现黄芪及其化合物具有抗炎、抗氧化应激、抗纤维化、调整糖脂代谢、调节钙钾离子转运、促进血管生成等多重作用,以保护心血管组织细胞免受各种病理因素损伤,阻滞各种病理过程导致的心血管结构异常重塑,促进病理损伤后心血管再生,并维持心血管物质代谢稳态。基于此,本文综述了近10年黄芪发挥上述作用防治心血管疾病的相关作用机制,以期推动黄芪在心血管疾病防治中的机制研究及药物临床转化。
The morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular diseases are high worldwide.Huangqi(黄芪)is common medicinal for cardiovascular diseases,and the pharmacological mechanism has attracted the interest of scholars.Huangqi and its effective components have anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidative stress,anti-fibrosis,glucolipid metabolism-regulating,calcium and potassium ion transport-modulating,and angiogenesis-promoting functions.As a result,it can protect the cardiovascular cells from the injury by various pathological factors,block various pathological processes-caused abnormal remodeling of cardiovascular structures,improve cardiovascular regeneration after pathological damage,and maintain the metabolic homeostasis of cardiovascular substances.This paper reviews the pharmacological mechanisms of Huangqi in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases in recent 10 years,which is expected to promote the research on the mechanisms of this medicinal in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases and clinical transformation of Huangqi in the treatment of the diseases.
