摘要：目的探讨破格救心汤与左西孟旦治疗急性左心衰(AHF)的临床疗效。方法选择2017年5—7月收治的AHF患者40例作为研究对象。将患者随机分为中药治疗组和左西孟旦组,每组各20例。比较两组患者临床疗效及血流动力学指标差异。结果中药治疗组总有效率高于西孟旦组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药治疗组患者血流动力学指标改善程度高于左西孟旦组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论破格救心汤对AHF患者血流动力学指标的改善具有明显的积极作用,临床疗效优于左西孟旦。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Pogejiuxin decoction and levosimendan in the treatment of acute left heart failure （AHF）. Methods 40 patients with AHF from May to July 2017 were enrolled. Patients were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and levosimendan group. The clinical efficacy and hemodynamic indexes of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was higher than that of levosimendan group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; The improvement of hemodynamics in patients with traditional Chinese medicine was higher than that in levosimendan group, the difference was statistically significant （/＇〈0.05）. Conclusion Pogejiuxin decoction has obvious positive effect on the improvement of hemodynamic parameters of AHF patients, and the clinical curative effect is superior to levosimendan.
