摘要:目的探讨生肌玉红膏对深Ⅱ度烧伤模型大鼠创面氧化应激水平的影响。方法 96只大鼠被随机分为3组(A组、B组、C组),每组32只,A、B组均制成深II度烧伤动物模型,A组伤后给予生肌玉红膏换药,B组给予凡士林换药,C组为正常对照组,比较3组大鼠烧伤后不同时间点(3 d、7 d、14 d、21 d)创面氧化应激水平的变化。结果与C组比较,A、B组大鼠烧伤后不同时间点创面氧化应激水平升高(P<0.05);建模后3 d,A,B两组创面氧化应激水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在建模后7,14,21 d,A组烧伤后不同时间点创面氧化应激水平与B组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论深Ⅱ度烧伤后创面氧化应激水平升高,不利于创面愈合,生肌玉红膏对烧伤模型大鼠创面氧化应激水平具有明显抑制作用,从而有助于促进创面愈合。
Objective To explore the influence of Ointment of Sheng-ji Yu-hong to the level of oxidative stress of Deep II-degree Burn Rats' Model. Methods 96 rats were randomly divided into three groups(A group,B group,C group) for 32 rats. A group and B group was taken with deep II-degree burn rats' model. A group was taken ointment of Sheng-ji Yu-hong,B group for vaseline. C group was control group. The level of oxidative stress in 3 d,7 d,14 d and 21 d were compared. Results Compared with C group,the level of oxidative stress in 3 d,7 d,14 d and 21 d in A group and B group was significantly increased(P〈0.05). The level of oxidative stress had no significant difference between A and B groups(P〉0.05)at 3 d after modeling,the level of oxidative stress had a significant difference(P〈0.05)between A and B groups at 7,14,21 d after modeling. Conclusion It was bad for wound healing that the level of oxidative stress was significantly increased. Ointment of Sheng-ji Yu-hong could obviously inhibit the level of oxidative stress of Deep II-degree Burn Rats' Model for promoted wound healing.
