摘要：溃疡性结肠炎具有反复发作,病程迁延等特点,是炎症性肠病的主要类型之一。目前的研究表明发病与相关的基因,免疫因素,环境因素,肠道微环境、精神因素等方面可能导致疾病的结果。其中免疫因素是重要的发病机制,本文从免疫系统的免疫细胞、免疫因子等方面进行阐述,并探讨中西药对UC患者免疫因素方面的研究进展和治疗潜力。
Ulcerative Colitis(UC) is one of the main types of Inflammatory Bowel Disease(IBD), which is characterized by recurrent attacks and delayed course. Current studies have shown that the incidence and related genes, immune factors, environmental factors, intestinal microenvironment, mental factors and other factors may lead to the results of the disease. Immune factors are important pathogenesis. This paper expounds immune cells and immune factors of the immune system, and discusses the research progress and therapeutic potential of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of UC patients.
