摘要:目的探索性研究医护人员职场孤独感在人职匹配和医患关系间的中介作用,为医护人员职场孤独感研究提供实证依据。方法 2016年5月,在甘肃省兰州市3所医院按照科室随机抽取598名医护人员进行问卷调查,以职场孤独感量表、医患关系问卷等作为评定工具。采用相关、结构方程模型等统计方法进行数据分析。结果相关分析结果显示,职场孤独感与人职匹配两组因素之间具有显著的负相关(r <0,P <0.01);职场孤独感与医患关系之间具有显著的正相关(r> 0,P <0.01)。结构模型结果显示,职场孤独感在人职匹配与医患关系之间起到部分中介作用(直接效应为-0.151,95%CI=-0.248至09.025,P=0.004,中介效应量为44.49%)。结论人职匹配是影响医护人员职场孤独感的重要因素之一,医护人员职业孤独感对医患关系产生消极影响作用。
Objective To investigate the mediating effects of workplace loneliness on person-job match and doctor-patient relationship,in an attempt to provide empirical evidence for research on the workplace loneliness among medical staff.Methods A questionnaire-based survey was conducted in 598 randomly selected medical staff in three hospitals in Lanzhou of Gansu Province,and the Workplace Loneliness Scale and the Doctor-Patient Relationship Questionnaire were used as the assessment tools.Data were analyzed using correlation analysis and structural equation modeling.Results The correlation analysis showed that there was a significantly negative correlation between workplace loneliness and person-job match(r<0,P<0.01)while workplace loneliness was positively correlated with doctor-patient relationship(r>0,P<0.01).Structural equation modeling revealed that workplace loneliness had partial mediating effects on person-job match and doctor-patient relationship(direct effect:-0.151;95%CI=-0.248-09.025,P=0.004;mediating effect:44.49%).Conclusions Person-job match is a key factor affecting the workplace loneliness of medical staff,and the workplace loneliness of medical staff has a negative effect on doctor-patient relationship.
