摘要:目的:比较甘肃岷县产当归不同提取方法中挥发油化学成分的差异。方法:采用超临界CO2流体萃取法(SFE)、水蒸汽蒸馏法(SD)和微波提取法(MAE)提取当归挥发油,结合GC-MS技术对其进行成分分析。结果:3种提取方法对当归挥发油成分的影响较大,其中从水蒸汽提取当归挥发油中鉴定出32种成分,超临界流体提取物中鉴定出54种成分,以上两种方法得到以往文献中未提及的3-(1,5-二甲基-4-己烯基)-6-亚甲基-环己烯等组分,而从微波提取物中鉴定出30种成分。结论:该结果可为岷县当归的进一步研究提供依据。
Objective:To compare the difference of volatile compounds in Angelica Sinensis with different acquisition methods.Methods:The volatile constituents were extracted from Angelica Sinensis by microwave assisted extraction,supercritical CO_2 fluid extraction and steam distillation,using GC-MS to analyze its chemical composition. Results:Different acquisition methods had an obvious influence on volatile oil chemical composition,the volatile oil using vapor distillation method included 32 kinds of chemical composition,and the method of SFE identified 54 kinds of chemical composition. The two methods above got the composition of 3-(1,5-dimethyl-4-hexene)-6-methylene-cyclohexene and other components,which had not addressed in the literature. Meanwhile,the method of microwave extraction identified 30 kinds of ingredients. Conclusion:The results can provide a basis for further study of Angelica Sinensis in Min County.
