摘要：大量研究证实氧化应激在少弱精子症(OAS)的发生、发展中起重要作用,临床上常用的提升精子质量的药物主要有左卡尼汀、维生素E、氯米芬、他莫昔芬等,但多缺乏特异性。中医药在治疗OAS中取得良好临床疗效和前景,其中有不少单味中药、中药提取物、中药复方及中成药可靶向调节氧化应激改善OAS。本文就氧化应激在OAS中的调控作用以及近年来中医药靶向调控氧化应激防治OAS的研究进展作简要综述,以期为临床中医药防治OAS提供理论支撑。
Ample evidence has suggested that oxidative stress plays a significant role in the occurrence and development of Oligoasthenozoospermia(OAS).The commonly used drugs in clinical practice to improve sperm quality include carnitine,vitamin E,clomiphene,tamoxifen,and others,but they often lack specificity.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has achieved good clinical effects and prospects in the treatment of OAS,and many single herbs,herbal extracts,herbal formulations,and Chinese patent medicines can effectively target oxidative stress to improve OAS.This paper provides a brief review of the regulatory role of oxidative stress in OAS and research progress on TCM in targeting oxidative stress to treat oligoasthenozoospermia in recent years,aiming to provide theoretical support for the clinical prevention and treatment of OAS with TCM.
