摘要：为了解国门高校少数民族大学新生的心理健康状况,掌握新生的心理健康水平,采用SCL-90项症状自评量表,对云南某国门高校少数民族大学新生的心理健康状况进行调查,共发放问卷1500份,收回有效问卷1410份,问卷的有效回收率为94%。结果显示:(1)国门高校少数民族大学新生心理问题总检出率为23.6%;(2)与全国正常人群SCL-90常模(1986年,n=1388)和全国12个省中国人群SCL-90(2018年,n=12160)常模相比,国门高校少数民族大学生的心理健康水平低于国内正常人群;(3)女生的心理健康水平低于男生。研究结果表明,国门高校少数民族大学新生的心理健康状况低于国内正常人群,要进一步注重对少数民族大学生心理健康教育,不断追求民族化、本土化,构建全方位、系统化的心理教育模式。
In order to understand the mental health status of the freshmen of national minority university and master the mental health level of the freshmen,the SCL-90 symptom checklist was used to investigate the mental health status of the freshmen of a national minority university in Yunnan Province.A total of 1500 questionnaires were sent out,and 1410 effective questionnaires were collected,with an effective recovery rate of 94%;The results show that:(1)The total detection rate of mental problems of Freshmen in national universities for ethnic minorities is 23.6%;(2)Compared with the SCL-90 norm(1986,n=1388)of the national normal population and the SCL-90 norm(2018,n=12160)of the Chinese population in 12 provinces,the mental health level of the national minority college students is lower than that of the domestic normal population;(3)The mental health level of girls is lower than that of boys;The results show that the mental health status of the freshmen of national universities for ethnic minorities is lower than that of the normal people in China.We should pay more attention to the mental health education of ethnic minority college students,constantly pursue nationalization and localization,and build a comprehensive and systematic mental education mode.
