摘要：目的:利用知识图谱可视化展示牛蒡子在中医药领域的研究成果与热点,分析其研究现状及预测研究趋势,为牛蒡子的后续研究提供参考。方法:采用Citespace软件与VOSviewer软件对中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science(WOS)数据库2001—2021年收录的与牛蒡子研究相关的中文文献537篇、英文文献149篇,分别从发文量、作者、机构、关键词等方面进行计量学分析,绘制网络可视化图谱。结果:中国是对牛蒡子研究最多的国家,中、英文文献中发文量最多的机构均为辽宁中医药大学,载文量最多的中、英文期刊分别为《时珍国医国药》《Phytotherapy Research》。中、英文文献关键词分析结果显示研究方向主要集中于牛蒡子化学成分、药理作用、栽培种植、加工炮制。结论:目前研究热点主要是木脂素类化合物(牛蒡苷及牛蒡苷元)对炎症、肿瘤、糖尿病及其并发症等疾病的预防和治疗,对其抗炎、抗肿瘤、治疗糖尿病等的信号通路、基因靶点及机制的深入研究将是未来牛蒡子研究的主要发展趋势。
Objective:To visualize the research results and hotspots of Fructus Arctii in the field of traditional Chinese medicine with the knowledge map,analyze and predict the research status and research trend,and provide reference for the follow-up research of Fructus Arctii.Methods:Citespace software and VOS viewer software were used to analyze 537 Chinese and 149 English literature related to Fructus Arctii studies collected in China National Knowledge Network(CNKI)and Web of Science(WOS)databases from 2001 to 2021.The number of publications,authors,institutions and keywords were analyzed by metrology,and the network visualization map was drawn.Results:The results showed that China was the country with the largest number of studies on Fructus Arctii,and the institution with the largest number of publications in both Chinese and English literature was Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The Chinese and English journals with the most papers were Lishizhen Medicine and Materia Medica Research and Phytotherapy Research respectively.Conclusion:The analysis of key words in Chinese and English literature shows that the research direction mainly is focused on the chemical composition,pharmacological action,cultivation,and processing of Fructus Arctii.At present,the research focus is mainly on the treatment and prevention of lignan compounds(arctiin and arctigenin)on inflammation,tumor,diabetes and its complications,and further research on the signaling pathway,gene target and mechanism of its anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,and treatment of diabetes will be the main development trend of Fructus Arctii research in the future.
