摘要：继发性术后上肢淋巴水肿是乳腺癌根治术后常见的并发症之一,其发病率高、治疗周期长且不可逆,是患者术后康复期间的主要慢性并发症,并严重影响患者的整体健康。本文在分析淋巴水肿中西医发病机制、发病相关危险因素的基础上,进一步综述了国内外相关中西医预防和治疗方法,以期为乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的临床预防研究提供参考思路。
Secondary postoperative upper extremity lymphedema is one of the common complications after radical mastectomy for breast cancer.It is characterized by high incidence,long treatment duration and irreversibility,representing a major chronic complication during postoperative rehabilitation and seriously impairing the overall health of patients.Based on the analysis of the pathogenesis and related risk factors of lymphedema in both traditional Chinese and Western medicine,this paper further summarizes the relevant preventive and therapeutic approaches at home and abroad,aiming to provide a reference for clinical prevention research on upper extremity lymphedema after breast cancer surgery.
