摘要：目的:通过对现代医家运用中药复方治疗类风湿关节炎的归纳性回顾,探讨其治疗的高频药物,以期提高中医方药理论与医疗实践水平。方法:选取近30年报道的中医治疗类风湿关节炎有良好临床疗效的复方,建立数据库,对用药的功效、归经、性味等特征进行统计。结果:在治疗类风湿关节炎的376首复方中,单味药205味,其中前50味药累积使用频次占总频次的81.24%,是治疗类风湿关节炎的高频药物。205味药按功效划分,使用频次较高的依次为:祛风湿药1 345次,补虚药1 059次,活血化瘀药703次,解表药599次;按归经划分,使用频次较高的依次为:肝经2 958次,脾经1 979次,肾经1 615次;按药味划分,使用频次较高的依次为:辛味2 733次,苦味2 442次,甘味2 191次;按药性划分,使用频次较高的为:温性2 405次,平性1 088次,寒性1 046次。结论:通过分析得到的结果与中医关于类风湿关节炎的病因病机、治则治法理论相吻合。高频药是其所在功效、归经、性味的代表用药,为临床医生选方用药提供参考依据。
Objective： Through the retrospective research of the prescriptions applied in rheumatoid arthritis （RA） treatment by contemporary doctors, determine high frequency medicine, so as to improve theoretical and clinical levels of Chinese medicine. Methods： Articles about RA treatment prescriptions with TCM published were collected during the past 30 years. Set up a database and analyze its law from the aspect of herbal efficacy, meridian tropism, flavor and property. Result： According to analyzing herbs frequency in 376 recipes for RA, there are 50 herbs were identified as high frequency in 205 herbs, its cumulative frequency reached 81.2%. The high frequency herbal efficacy and its frequencies are： rheumatism （1 345）, tonic （1 059）, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis （703）, and medicines for relieving exterior syndrome （599）. The high frequency herbal meridian tropisms and its frequencies are： liver meridian tropism （2 958）, spleen meridian tropism （1 979）, and kidney meridian tropism （1 615）. The high frequency herbal flavors and its frequencies are： acrid taste （2 733）, bitter taste （2 442）, and sweet taste （2 191）. The high frequency herbal properties and its frequencies are： warm property （2 405）, fiat property （1 088）, and cold property （1 046）. Conclusions： The result indicates the coincidence with relevant theories of the traditional Chinese medical science. The high frequency medicines are the representative on treatment of RA, and also give us an important reference for clinical prescription.
