摘要：轻度认知障碍(MCI)是一种介于正常和痴呆的过渡状态。目前MCI尚无特效治疗药物。音乐疗法(MT)作为一种补充治疗方法,具有改善痴呆及MCI患者认知和情感功能的作用。本文回顾了近几年音乐疗法干预MCI相关文献,总结出“激活相关脑区、调节自主神经、调节神经递质释放”的治疗机制,以期为MT的临床应用提供客观依据。
Mild cognitive impairment(MCI)is the stage between the expected cognitive decline of normal aging and the more serious decline of dementia.Currently,there is no specific therapeutic drug for MCI.Music therapy(MT)is an additional treatment for MCI,has the effect to improve cognitive and emotional functions in patients with dementia and MCI.This article reviews the literature on music therapy intervention in MCI in recent years,and summarizes the therapeutic mechanism of"activating relevant brain regions,regulating autonomic nerves and regulating neurotransmitter release",in order to provide objective evidence for the clinical application of MT.
