摘要：作为农业大国,我国的农村科技人员明显短缺。有关数字显示,全国现有各类专业技术人员共3060.5万人,其中农林专业技术人员仅80.4万人。全国每万亩土地仅有0.8个农业专业技术人员,每万亩森林仅有0.53个林业专业技术人员。我国农业科技人员在人口中的比例为百分之一,而发达国家是百分之三十到百分之四十。因此,加强涉农类高职人才的培养是我国亟须做的工作,本文针对涉农类高职人才培养中存在的问题进行了分析并提出了改革建议。
As a large agricultural nation,China's rural scientific and technological personnel significantly shortage.About digital display,the national various professional technicians 3060.5 people,including agriculture 80.4 million specialized technical personnel only.The only 0.8 per million hectares of agricultural professional and technical personnel,a per million acres of forest only 53 a forest of professional and technical personnel.Agricultural science and technology in the proportion is 1%,and developed countries is 30% to 40%.Therefore,strengthening the training of related to higher vocational students are working reviewable of agriculture,and currently existing in higher vocational talents training some problems,the article analyses of these problems,and puts forward proposals for reform.
