摘要:由于重金属对人体健康威胁受到高度关注,对中药所含重金属的暴露风险进行合理评估已成为研究重点。中药在体外提取及体内消化过程中,重金属元素从药材转移至提取液及消化液中的效率常利用转移率与生物可给性的概念进行表述,因此在重金属暴露评估中引入转移率、生物可给性作为校正因子对实现暴露风险的精准评估具有重要意义。本文归纳总结中药材重金属污染现状,结合中药实际应用方式,就转移率与生物可给性的相互关系、生物可给性的影响因素及其在风险评估中的具体应用等方面进行梳理,为中药所含重金属的风险控制及质量评价体系建立提供依据。
Due to the high degree of attention paid to the threat of heavy metals to human health,the reasonable assessment of the exposure risk of heavy metals contained in TCM has become the focus of research.In the process of extraction in vitro and digestion in vivo,the efficiency of heavy metal elements transferred from medicinal materials to extract and digestive juice is often expressed by the concepts of transfer rate and bioaccessibility.Therefore,the introduction of transfer rate and bioaccessibility as correction factors in heavy metal exposure assessment plays an important role in the accurate assessment of exposure risk.This article summarized the present situation of heavy metal pollution in TCM,combined with the practical application mode of TCM,and combed the relationship between transfer rate and bioaccessibility,the influencing factors of bioaccessibility and its specific application in risk assessment,so as to provide the basis for the risk control and establishment of quality evaluation system of heavy metals contained in TCM.
