摘要:目的:探讨单边外固定支架治疗儿童闭合性胫腓骨骨折的疗效,分析外固定支架治疗的优缺点。方法:2004年9月至2010年6月,应用单边外固定支架治疗35例儿童闭合性胫腓骨骨折,21例获得随访。在C形臂透视下进行闭合复位,单边外固定支架固定。结果:手术时间50-150 min,平均72 min;骨性愈合时间14-20周,平均16.1周;无1例因针道感染导致外固定支架失效。4例固定过程中出现Ⅰ~Ⅱ级针道感染,通过换药等手段控制。21例术后随访14~36月,平均30月,骨折全部骨性愈合。结论:应用单边外固定支架治疗儿童闭合性胫腓骨骨折,不破坏骨折段端血运,且固定牢固,允许早期关节活动及负重练习。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of unilateral external fixation therapy in treating children with closed tibia and fibula fractures and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the external fixation therapy.Methods: 35 children patients with closed tibia and fibula fractures,from September 2004 to June 2010,were treated with the external fixation therapy.Following surveys were made among 21 cases of them.Closed restorations were achieved in the C-arm fluoroscopy,with unilateral external fixation.Results: The operative time was 50-150 minutes,with an average of 72 minutes;the bone healing time was 14 to 20 weeks,with an average of 16.1 weeks;no cases of external fixation failure due to pin tract infections.Ⅰ~Ⅱ grade pin tract infections occurred in 4 cases during the fixation course and they were controlled by such means as exchanging drugs.Following surveys were given to 21 cases for 14 to 36 months,with an average of 30 months,and all fractures wee healed.Conclusion: When using unilateral external fixation therapy to treat children with closed tibia and fibula fractures,the blood supply was not destroyed in the fracture paragraphs,with fixation fastness,allowing early weight-bearing joint activities and exercises.
