摘要:目的:通过星点设计-响应面法优化党参总皂苷提取工艺。方法:选择超声提取法,以浸泡时间、乙醇体积分数、液料比、超声时间和超声温度为影响因素,总皂苷得率为评价指标,采用星点设计-响应面法优化党参总皂苷超声提取的最佳工艺参数。结果:最佳条件为浸泡22.98 h,乙醇体积分数为71.47%,液料比30.47,超声29.59 min,超声温度为39.64℃,此时党参总皂苷得率为1.638%。结论:该方法操作简单、结果精确,预测性良好,可用于党参总皂苷的提取。
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of total saponins from Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae by design and response surface method. Methods:Ultrasonic extraction method was selected. The soaking time,ethanol volume fraction,liquid-to-liquid ratio,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic temperature were the influencing factors. The total saponin yield was evaluated. The optimum parameters of ultrasonic extraction of total saponins from Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae were optimized by central composite design and response surface method. Results:The optimal conditions were soaking time 22.98 h,ethanol volume fraction 71.47%,liquid-solid ratio 30.47,ultrasonic time 29.59 min,ultrasonic temperature 39.64 ℃,and the total saponin yield was 1.638%. Conclusion:This method was simple,accurate and predictable,and could be used for the extraction of total saponins from Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae.
