摘要：本综述聚焦于农药残留暴露与甲状腺疾病的关联。介绍了常见农药残留情况,分析了农药残留暴露与甲状腺疾病关联的流行病学证据及影响机制。通过综合分析现有流行病学数据、毒理学研究成果以及相关作用机制探讨,探究农药残留暴露对甲状腺功能和结构异常的影响。研究表明,农药残留暴露尤其化学农药残留暴露与甲状腺疾病有关,生物农药影响尚需进一步研究,旨在为甲状腺疾病的预防和农药合理使用提供科学依据。
This review focuses on the association between pesticide residues exposure and thyroid diseases.It introduced the knowledge related to common pesticide residues,and analyzed the epidemiological evidence and influencing mechanisms of the association between pesticide residues exposure and thyroid diseases.By comprehensively analyzing existing epidemiological data,toxicological research results,and discussions on related mechanisms of action,explore the impact of pesticide residue exposure on thyroid function and structural abnormalities.Studies have shown that pesticide residues exposure,especially chemical pesticide residues exposure,are related to thyroid diseases,and the impact of biopesticides requires further research.The present paper aims to provide a scientific basis for the prevention of thyroid diseases and the rational use of pesticides.
