摘要:党参是我国传统的中草药,药用历史悠久,属于药食同源药材,广泛应用于临床和日常保健生活。党参中含有多糖类、黄酮类、萜类、炔类、苯丙素类、生物碱类等多种活性成分,具有保护神经、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗炎、抗应激、保肝、调节免疫等多种药理作用。而党参多糖是党参药材中主要活性成分之一,具有免疫调节、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗炎、抗癌/抗肿瘤、改善认知障碍、调节肠道菌群等多种药理作用,是目前研究的热点之一。根据不同文献报道,党参多糖的提取分离方法以及组成结构不同。归纳近几年国内外文献,对党参多糖提取方法、分离纯化方法、化学组成、结构特征以及主要药理作用进行总结分析,并提出不足与展望,以期为党参多糖今后的开发利用提供一定参考价值。
Dangshen(Codonopsis Radix)is a traditional Chinese herb and has a long history of medicinal use.Dangshen(Codonopsis Radix)contains a variety of active ingredients such as polysaccharides,flavonoids,terpenoids,alkynes,phenylpropanoids,alkaloids,etc.It is widely used in clinical practice because of its various pharmacological effects such as neuroprotection,antitumor,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-stress,hepatoprotective and immune regulation.Polysaccharide from Dangshen(Codonopsis Radix)(CPPs)is one of the main active components in Dangshen(Codonopsis Radix)and has pharmacological effects such as immune regulation,antioxidant,anti-aging,anti-inflammatory,anti-cancer/anti-tumor,improving cognitive impairment,regulating intestinal flora,etc.According to the different literatures,the extraction and isolation methods as well as the composition structure of CPPs are different.The above contents of CPPs are reviewed in order to provide some reference value for the future development of CPPs in the treatment of related diseases.
