摘要:肾主骨作为中医脏腑辨证的一大理念,贯穿于整个肾系疾病辨证当中,肾主骨生髓为先天之本,维系人体骨骼系统发育的始终,随着人体年事的增长以及各类邪气侵袭,肾中精血亏虚,在骨骼中则体现在机能下降、骨质丢失甚至一系列运动障碍等,骨质疏松症运动系统问题发生。而微小核糖核酸(miRNA)作为调控骨免疫通路的转录因子之一,在调节成骨细胞介导的骨重塑和破骨细胞介导的骨吸收平衡之间扮演着重要的角色。骨质疏松症作为我国老年患者一大疾患,严重影响着人们的身心健康。文章就肾主骨理论为前提,结合miRNA在骨骼系统中的调节作用,就其在干预骨质疏松症过程中的作用机制进行综述,以期为临床诊疗提供更多的依据,更好指导临床。
Kidney advocate bone as a big idea,TCM differentiation of throughout the department of kidney disease syndrome,born kidney advocate bone marrow is the foundation of the birth,the sustain human skeletal system development,with the aging of the human body growth and all kinds of pathogens,deficiency of essence and blood in the kidney is embodied in the function drops in the bone,bone loss,and even a series of movement disorders,etc..Osteoporosis(OP)occurs in the motor system.miRNA,as one of the transcription factors that regulate the pathways of bone immunity,play an important role in regulating bone remodeling mediated by osteoblasts and bone resorption balance mediated by osteoclasts.OP,as a major disease of elderly patients in China,seriously affects people’s physical and mental health.On the premise of the main bone theory of the kidney,combined with the regulatory role of miRNA in the skeletal system,the mechanism of its role in the intervention of OP was reviewed,providing more basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and hoping to better guide clinical practice.
