摘要:目的:比较甘肃不同产地当归对雌性大鼠雌性激素及子宫的影响。方法:采用Elisa酶联免疫反应吸附法、重量法、离体子宫法,分别以雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、泌乳素(PRL)、卵巢指数、子宫指数及张力、活动力抑制率为指标,观察不同产地当归作用的强弱。结果:与生理盐水组比较,甘肃各当归组均能显著提高大鼠血清E2的浓度(P<0.01);降低大鼠血清LH的浓度,渭源当归作用显著(P<0.01),岷县、临夏当归作用明显(P<0.05);有降低大鼠血清FSH、PRL浓度的趋势;提高大鼠子宫指数方面渭源、岷县、礼县当归作用显著(P<0.01),临夏当归作用明显(P<0.05);提高大鼠卵巢指数方面岷县、渭源当归作用显著(P<0.01),礼县、临夏当归作用明显(P<0.05);在降低大鼠离体子宫的频率抑制率(P<0.05)及降低大鼠离体子宫的张力抑制率,礼县、临夏、渭源当归作用显著(P<0.01),岷县当归作用明显(P<0.05)及降低大鼠离体子宫的活动力抑制率方面礼县、临夏、渭源当归作用显著(P<0.01),岷县当归作用明显(P<0.05)。结论:甘肃不同产地当归对大鼠雌性激素及子宫功能均具有不同程度的影响,综合比较以岷县、渭源当归作用较强。
Objective: To compare the effects of DangGui (Angelica sinensis) from different producing areas of Gansu on the uterus and female hormone of rats. Method: Elisa absorption method, gravimetric method and isolated uterus were adopted to observe the function of DangGui from different producing areas by taking estradiol (E2), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), prolactin (PRL), ovary index, uterine index and tension, activity inhibition ratio as targets. Result: Compared with group of physiological saline, the concentrations of E2 were significantly raised in the groups of Gansu DangGui (P〈0.01); the concentration of serum LH were lowered and WeiYuan DangGui was more effective(P〈0.01), MinXian and LinXia DangGui were effectiv(P〈0.05); showing the tendency of lowering the concentrations of serum FSH, PRL in rats; WeiYuan, MinXian and LiXian DangGui also performed the function of raising uterine index notably (P〈0.01), LinXia DangGui raised uterine index obviously (P〈0.05); MinXian and WeiYuan DangGui could raise ovary index of rats significantly (P〈0.01), LiXian and LinXia DangC, ui could did obviously (P〈0.05); LiXian, LinXia and WeiYuan DangGui could decrease frequency inhibition rate of isolated uterus (P〈0.05) and tension inhibition rate (P〈0.01), Minxian DangGui could did obviously (P〈0.05); LiXian, LinXia and WeiYuan DangGui could decrease activity inhibition ratio of isolated uterus in rats significantly(P〈0.01), MinXian DangGui showed the function obviously (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Gansu DangGui from different producing areas shows different effects on uterine function and female hormone of rats, among them, comprehensive function of MinXian and WeiYuan DangGui are the stronger.
