摘要：溃疡性结肠炎(UC)反复发作、迁延难愈,影响着人们的健康生活,近年来芍药汤加减方在治疗湿热型溃疡性结肠炎得广泛使用,其疗效好、副作用少的优势发挥充分。本文从药理分析、发病机制、临床研究和实验进展四个方面对近年来芍药汤治疗UC的研究情况进行综述,以期为芍药汤治疗UC的深入研究提供参考。
Ulcerative colitis(UC) recurrent and prolonged,affecting people’s healthy life.In recent years,Shaoyao Decoction has been widely used in the treatment of damp-heat type ulcerative colitis,and its advantages of good curative effect and few side effects are sufficient.In this paper,the research on the treatment of UC by Shaoyao Decoction in recent years is reviewed from the four aspects of pharmacological analysis,pathogenesis,clinical research and experimental progress,in order to provide reference for the in-depth study of medicinal remedy for UC.
