摘要：采用手法整复机械牵引治疗Ｃｏｂｂ角小于３０°的特发性脊柱侧凸畸形２４例。结果治愈１５例，显效５例，好转３例，无效１例，总有效率达９５％。分析认为，本病以腰背部肌力失衡、椎间盘膨隆、椎体旋转和继发性筋膜孪缩等为病因。治疗时应采用相应的手法，并提出了三步治疗的原则和方法。
Twenty-four cases of idiopathic scoliotic deformity with Cobb's angle less than 30°were treated by manipulations and mechanical traction, The results were: cured in 5 cases, markedly effective in 5,improved in 3 and ineffective in 1. The total effective rate reached 95%. Through analyses, it was considered that the pathogenesis of this disease included t the imbalance of the muscular forces in the low back, intervertebral disk hernia, vertebral-body rotation,secondary fascial contructure, and so on. In the treatment, corresponding manipulations should be selected and the three-step therapeutic principle is proposed in the paper.
