摘要：目的研究参苓白术散对脾虚证小鼠小肠上皮细胞差异蛋白质组分的影响,并探讨参苓白术散治疗脾虚证的机制。方法将小鼠随机分为4组:空白对照组、模型组、参苓白术散低剂量组、参苓白术散高剂量组。观察各组小鼠的体征改变,通过SDS-PAGE技术检测各组小鼠小肠上皮细胞蛋白质的表达,利用Quest one分析软件对各组图谱进行对比分析,观察其改变。结果参苓白术散能够显著改善模型小鼠的体征,使小肠上皮细胞蛋白质组分的表达接近于正常。结论参苓白术散可以通过影响小肠上皮细胞蛋白质组分的表达起到治疗脾虚证的作用。
Objective To study the influence of Shenling Baizhu Powder on the difference protein components of small intestine epithelial cells in mice with spleen deficiency syndrome,explore Shenlingbaizhu Powder＇s mechanism in treating spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods Kunming white mice were randomly divided into four groups： natural contrast group,model group,Shenling Baizhu Powder low-dose group and high-dose group.The protein expression of small intestine epithelial cells were observed by SDS-PAGE technology,samples of each group were separated using Quest one sofeware to conduct comparative analysis of the map,changes were observed.Results Shenling Baizhu Powder could improve the signs of mice and make the protein components of the intestinal epithelial cell to almost normal. Conclusion Shenling Baizhu Powder plays a role in treatment of spleen deficiency syndrome by affecting the expression of difference protein components of intestinal epithelial cell.
