摘要:目的建立甘肃不同产地黄管秦艽药材的灰色关联度模型,并进行质量评价。方法以甘肃10个产地黄管秦艽为研究对象,测定龙胆苦苷、总环烯醚萜苷类、醇浸出物、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分含量,采用灰色关联度法构建黄管秦艽质量的灰色关联度评价模型。结果 10个不同产地黄管秦艽样品的相对关联度在0.394~0.652之间。其中相对关联度>0.50的样品有6个产地,其样品质量评价较高,其余产地药材质量评价较低(相对关联度<0.50)。卓尼县柳林乡观景台产地黄管秦艽的指标相对关联度最大(0.652),质量评价最优;漳县三岔镇狼王沟产地黄管秦艽的指标相对关联度最小(0.394),质量评价最差。结论灰色关联度分析法及模型可应用于黄管秦艽药材的质量评价,本研究结果可为黄管秦艽的开发利用提供一定的试验基础。
Objective To establish the degree of gray incidence model of Gentiana officinalis H.Smith.fromdifferenct producing areas of Gansu Province and conduct quality evaluation.Methods Ten samples of Gentianaofficinalis H.Smith.from different producing areas in Gansu Province were collected and the gentiopicroside,totaliridoid gycoside,extractives,total ash,acid-insoluble ash content of Gentiana officinalis H.Smith were tested.Thequality evaluation of grey incidence model of Gentiana officinalis H.Smith.was established by grey incidence model.Results The relative correlation degrees of all evaluation items were in the range of0.394–0.652.Among them,therelative correlation degree of samples from6producint areas were greater than0.50,which had high qualityevaluation.The relative correlation degrees of the rest samples from other producing areas were less than0.50,whichhad low quality evaluation.The sample of Gentiana officinalis H.Smith.from Zhuoni County Liulin TownshipObservatory had the most highly correlated with the optimal reference sequence(0.652)and so the best in quality;Thesample of Gentiana officinalis H.Smith.from Zhang County Sancha Town Langwang Ditch had the most lowlycorrelated with the optimal reference sequence(0.394)and so the worst in quality.Conclusion This method andquality evaluation model can be used for the quality evaluation for Gentiana officinalis H.Smith.,which can provide a certain experimental basis for the development and utilization of new resources.
