摘要:目的探讨增食灵颗粒对小儿厌食症模型小鼠血清瘦素(Leptin)的影响。方法采用病因模拟法建立小儿厌食症动物模型,分别对模型小鼠血清瘦素含量进行检测。结果增食灵颗粒可以明显增加厌食症小鼠的食欲,提高血清瘦素含量,与空白对照组和模型对照组比较,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论增食灵颗粒可明显增加厌食症小鼠的食欲,提高血清瘦素水平,这可能是增食灵颗粒发挥临床疗效的作用机制之一。
Objective To study the effect of Zengshiling Granule (ZSLG) on the content of Leptin in serum in the model of Kunming mice with children anorexia. Methods Established the model of mice with anorexia by means of simulation method about cause of disease and test separately content of Leptin in serum of mice. Results ZSLG could obviously increase food intake of mice and improve the content of Leptin, there was significant difference as compared with that of the normal group and model group ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion ZSLG can obviously increase food intake of mice and improve the content of Leptin. Maybe it is one of the important functional mechanism in treatment of children anorexia syndrome.
