摘要:目前,癫痫发病率和死亡率处于不断上升阶段,化学药治疗虽能较好地控制癫痫症状,但存在疗效欠佳、不良反应多及耐药等局限性。药对作为中医药配伍的最小单位及方剂配伍的重要组成部分,在中医理论指导下将2味药相对固定结合使用,有助于增强药效并降低毒性,近年来在癫痫防治方面发挥重要作用。通过梳理近年来中医药对抗癫痫药理作用的相关研究文献,整理了研究较为深入且具有代表性的药对16对,主要通过抗细胞凋亡、减轻炎症反应、修复血脑屏障、调节神经递质及相关信号通路,减少神经元异常放电,最终抑制癫痫发作。为临床合理用药及新药开发拓展思路。
Currently,the morbidity and mortality rates of epilepsy are at an increasing stage,although chemotherapy can control epilepsy symptoms better,there are limitations such as poor efficacy,many adverse effects and drug resistance.As the smallest unit of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and an important part of prescription compounding,combining two medicines in a relatively fixed way under the guidance of TCM theory helps to enhance the efficacy of the medicines and reduce the toxicity,and has played an important role in prevention and treatment of epilepsy in recent years.By combing the relevant research literature on the pharmacological effects of TCM on antiepileptic drugs in recent years,16 pairs of herb pairs with more in-depth and representative studies have been collated,mainly through the anti-apoptosis,reduce inflammatory response,repair the blood-brain barrier,regulate neurotransmitters and related signaling pathways,reduce the abnormal neuronal discharge,and ultimately inhibit seizures.The results are expected to expand the ideas for rational clinical use of drugs and new drug development.
