摘要:目的:探讨生物反馈疗法治疗失眠症的临床疗效。方法:收治失眠症患者70例,随机平分两组。治疗组为生物反馈疗法联合艾司唑仑,对照组口服艾司唑仑,两组均治疗8周。于治疗前、治疗第2、4、6、8周计算汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA),于治疗前、治疗8周末计算匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分。结果:治疗第8周末,两组HAMA、PSQI评分均较治疗前降低,治疗组各项数据均获改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生物反馈疗法联合艾司唑仑对失眠症患者症状和睡眠的改善更为有效。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of biofeedback therapy in the treatment of insomnia.Methods:70patients with insomnia were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The treatment group was treated with biofeedback therapy combined with estazolam.The control group was given estazolam.The two groups were treated for8weeks.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)was calculated before treatment and at the second,the fourth,the sixth and eighth week after treatment.The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score was calculated before treatment and at the eighth week after treatment.Results:At the end of the eighth week,the scores of HAMA and PSQI in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the data in the treatment group were improved;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Biofeedback therapy combined with estazolam is more effective in improving symptoms and sleep in insomnia patients.
