摘要:中医内科学是连接基础知识及临床实践的桥梁课程,具有多学科交叉、内涵丰富、实践性较强的特点。传统填鸭式课堂教学难以培养学生的临床思维、不能满足学生的临床实践需求,因而实际教学效果并不理想。基于翻转课堂的问题式教学方法(PBL)以学生为中心,利用优秀网络教学资源,通过“线上自主学习+线下答疑解惑”的教学途径,培养学生解决问题的技能和自主学习的能力。文章探讨二者结合的优点、存在的问题及改进办法,为今后教学提供参考。
Internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine is a bridge between basic knowledge and clinical practice.It has the characteristics of multi-disciplinary cross,rich connotation and strong practicality.Traditional classroom teaching is difficult to cultivate students’clinical thinking and cannot meet the needs of students’clinical practice.Therefore,the actual teaching effect is not ideal.PBL teaching based on flipped classroom is student-centered,utilizes excellent network teaching resources,and adopts the teaching approach of“online autonomous learning and offline answering questions and clarifying doubts”.It can develop students’problem-solving skills and independent learning ability.In this paper,the advantages,existing problems and improvement methods of the combination of the two were discussed to provide reference for future teaching.
