摘要：绝经后骨质疏松症（postmenopausal osteoporosis,PMOP）为绝经后女性常见病,主要由雌激素分泌不足所致,属于原发性骨质疏松症。近年来对于绝经后骨质疏松症的发病相关因素的研究取得了显著的进展,该文以近几年的文献为基础,整理绝经后骨质疏松症的发病危险因素及保护因素,分析绝经后骨质疏松症的治疗现状,为今后制定合理的健康管理模式及药物治疗提供借鉴参考。
Postmenopausal osteoporosis is common diseases in postmenopausal women,mainly due to inadequate secretion of estrogen,belong to primary osteoporosis. In recent years related factors in the pathogenesis of postmenopausal osteoporosis research has made significant progress,this article is based on the literature of recent years,arrange postmenopausal osteoporosis risk factors and protective factors,analyze the present situation of the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis,provide a reference for formulating a reasonable health management mode and drug therapy in the future.
