摘要：目的探讨小儿开胃增食口服液在小儿厌食症患儿中的临床疗效。方法选取2020年12月-2021年3月甘肃中医药大学附属医院收治的76例小儿厌食症患儿为研究对象,使用计算机随机序列法分为2组,治疗组38例服用小儿开胃增食口服液,对照组38例服用小儿开胃增食合剂。对比2组患儿的胃肠功能恢复状况,不良反应发生情况及满意度。结果试验组中医证候疗效评分优于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组均未发生不良反应;试验组服用满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿开胃增食口服液对小儿食积、脾胃不运等厌食症状有显著效果,且用药安全,满意度高。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of Xiao'er Kaiwei Zengshi oral liquid in infantile anorexia.Methods76 Children who were diagnosed with infantile anorexia during Dec 2020 and Mar 2021 in Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine were included and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.38 children in experimental group took Xiao'er Kaiwei Zengshi oral liquid,while the other 38 children in control group took mixture of Xiao'er Kaiwei Zengshi.The gastrointestinal function of the two groups was observed,and taking experience was investigated.ResultsThe curative effect score of TCM syndrome in the experimental group was better than that in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in both groups.The satisfaction of the test group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionXiaoer kaiweizengshi oral liquid has a significant effect on anorexia symptoms such as infantile food accumulation and poor spleen and stomach,and the medication is safe and the service experience is better.
