摘要：全球迅速步入老龄化阶段,骨质疏松症的发病率不断上升,50岁以上人群深受骨质疏松症导致骨折及其他全身代谢性疾病折磨。中医学认为肾虚血瘀是老年骨质疏松症主要的证候要素,补肾活血法在改善患者全身骨代谢、降低再骨折的发生率方面具有独特作用。文章基于国内外相关文献,就老年骨质疏松症的病因病机、补肾活血汤以及联合西药、手术治疗老年骨质疏松的临床研究进行总结分析。结果表明补肾活血法能有效行气活血、祛瘀止痛及补肾强骨,结合西药治疗可显著缩短疗程,提高疗效。此外术后采用补肾活血法联合治疗可改善全身骨代谢,降低骨折的发生率。
The world is rapidly aging,and the incidence of osteoporosis is on the rise.People over the age of 50 are suffering from osteoporotic fractures and other systemic metabolic diseases.Chinese medicine believes that kidney deficiency and blood stasis are the main syndrome elements of senile osteoporosis,and Bushen Huoxue(补肾活血)therapy has a unique role in improving the systemic bone metabolism of patients and reducing the incidence of re-fracture.Based on the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper summarizes and analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of senile osteoporosis,the clinical studies of Bushen Huoxue decoction,the combination of western medicine and the surgical treatment of senile osteoporosis.The results show that Bushen Huoxue therapy could effectively promote Qi(气)and activating blood circulation,remove blood stasis,relieve pain and tonify kidney and strengthen bone,and the combination of western medicine could shorten the course of treatment significantly and improve the curative effect.The combination therapy of Bushen Huoxue can improve the systemic bone metabolism and reduce the incidence of postoperative re-fracture.
