摘要:本文复习近十年来针刺干预弱视的电生理研究文献,从视觉电生理角度总结了针刺干预弱视的作用机理。资料表明针刺防治弱视与通过保护视网膜神经节细胞,纠正视网膜功能,增强视觉神经细胞生物电活动,调节视环境紊乱,改善视神经传导,激活视觉皮质相应区域的作用密切相关。但总体上针刺干预弱视的电生理相关文献较少,其机理尚需进一步深入研究。
This article summarized the recent decade's literatures about acupuncture treatment for amblyopia in electrophysiology mechanism research. Analysis of the impacts of acupuncture on amblyopia from the visual electrophysiology indicated that acupuncture could protect retinal ganglion cells, regulate retinal function, enhance the biological electrical activity of visual center, correct visual environment, improve the optic nerve conduction and activate the corresponding region of visual cortex. However, there were fewer electrophysiological mechanisms researches on acupuncture treatment for amblyopia generally, and the mechanisms still need further study.
